GIFT CARD GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions govern all gift cards purchased at www.CinepolisUSA.com and all Cinepolis and Moviehouse & Eatery locations throughout the United States (the “Gift Card(s)”):
The purchase, acceptance and/or use of any Gift Card constitutes the acceptance of these terms and conditions. USA Cinema Gift Cards LLC (“UCGC”) is the Gift Card issuer and sole obligor to the Gift Card owner. UCGC may assign its issuer obligations to any assignee, without notice and/or recourse, and such assignee shall become the sole obligor to Gift Card owner.
Gift Cards are usable up to the unused balance only to purchase goods and services offered online at www.CinepolisUSA.com and at any Cinepolis and/or Moviehouse & Eatery box office and concession within the United States. Gift Card expires five (5) years following activation. Gift Card is not redeemable or refundable for cash, unless required by law. Gift Card is not a credit or debit card. Gift Card owner is solely responsible for the safeguard of the Gift Card. Gift Card may not be used to purchase additional Gift Card(s). Gift Card may not be resold. In the event Gift Card is lost or stolen, Gift Card may be replaced, with unused balances, upon evidence of proof of purchase.

GIFT CARD
HOLIDAY PROMO T&C- 2025
The Holiday Gift Card Promotion shall begin on November 20,
2025, and end on December 31, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). During the
Promotional Period, any transaction for the purchase of Gift Card(s) that is
equal to or exceeds $100.00 will result in the issuance of a promotional Gift
Card in the amount of $20 (the “Promotional Gift Card”). One (1) Promotional
Gift Card will be awarded for each $100 increment of Gift Card purchases in a
single transaction. For example, the purchase of one (1) $250 Gift Card will
result in the issuance of two (2) Promotional Gift Cards. For another example,
the purchase of four (4) $25 Gift Cards will result in the issuance of one (1)
Promotional Gift Card. Promotional Gift Cards expire on February 27, 2026. Any
unused Promotional Gift Card balances will be forfeited. Lost or stolen
Promotional Gift Cards will not be replaced.
