Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE CINEPOLIS REWARDS TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE CINÉPOLIS REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CINÉPOLIS REWARDS PROGRAM.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Cinépolis Rewards program (“Cinépolis Rewards") which is operated by USA Cinema Investments Holding Inc., and/or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, “Cinépolis") in the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia (collectively, the “U.S.”). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Cinépolis for other products and services. Cinépolis reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate Cinépolis Rewards and/or all or any portion of these Terms of Use or any policy, or guideline pertaining to Cinépolis Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to https://www.cinepolisusa.com/cinepolis-rewards and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in Cinépolis Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Cinépolis Rewards. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, do not participate in Cinépolis Rewards.

The Cinépolis Rewards program is intended for personal use only, and commercial use is prohibited. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use Cinépolis Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Cinépolis Rewards is one way in which Cinépolis USA endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing Cinépolis® and Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas® products. Members of Cinépolis Rewards are eligible to earn and accumulate “Points" that can be redeemed for Cinépolis benefits at participating Cinépolis® and Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas® in the U.S.

How to Earn Points

Points are earned based on the eligible purchases made by Cinépolis Rewards program members, subject to any member tier multipliers. Eligible purchases include movie tickets, food, and/or non-alcoholic beverages. Ineligible purchases include alcoholic beverages, gift cards, donations, tips, taxes, and other fees. Points will be earned by Cinépolis Rewards program members at the following rates:

· Tier I – Movie Star: 10 Points per $1.00 spent on eligible purchases;

· Tier II – Movie Critic: 15 Points per $1.00 spent on eligible purchases; and

· Tier III – Movie Director: 20 points per $1.00 spent on eligible purchases.

Members will only earn the applicable points for purchases completed within their Tier.

How to Attain Cinépolis Rewards Tiers

Cinépolis Rewards program members will attain Cinépolis Rewards tiers based on the number of movie tickets purchased through such member’s Cinépolis Rewards program account during the applicable calendar year. Members may only receive credit for one (1) ticket per day, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. Member will reach the following tiers based on the corresponding number of eligible tickets purchased during the calendar year:

· Tier I – Movie Star: 0 to 3 tickets;

· Tier II – Movie Critic: 4 to 6 tickets; and

· Tier III – Movie Director: 7 or more tickets.

Member will not receive credits for tickets purchased outside member’s Cinépolis Rewards program account.

Members may receive a variety of promotional gifts and/or rewards associated with their applicable Cinépolis Rewards tier. Such gifts and/or rewards are subject to terms and conditions, including (without limitation) expiration terms.

Once a Cinépolis Rewards tier is achieved, the Member will receive the corresponding benefits for the balance of the calendar year and the subsequent calendar year. Following the conclusion of the subsequent calendar year, Member’s Cinépolis Rewards tier will re-set, unless Member has attained an applicable Cinépolis Rewards tier for such calendar year.

How to Redeem Points

Cinépolis Rewards Points may be redeemed for free tickets, food, and/or other promotional items as defined in the current reward catalog. Points may be redeemed and applied towards purchases within Cinépolis Rewards program account, via the web and/or mobile app or in person at our concession counter and/or orders places with service staff.

Points do not expire and may not be transferred. Points have no cash value.

Additional Terms

Cinépolis reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time. In the event that the Cinépolis Rewards program is terminated, all earned, unused points and/or rewards will immediately expire. Abuse, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension or termination of membership and forfeiture of points and/or rewards.
