CINÉPOLIS REFUND POLICY

Ticket refunds are not guaranteed. However, we will do our best to accommodate online ticket refunds up to 2 hours before your showtime. To refund your purchase, please click the link at the bottom of your ticket ‘reservation’ email.

A refund of your order returns the cost of your ticket(s) back to your original payment method (e.g. credit card, debit card), except for the convenience fee. If you paid using a credit or debit card, a refund will be posted to your account. You will see these funds on your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution. 

Our tickets include a non-refundable convenience fee so that we can continue to provide guests reservations and guaranteed seats. To avoid the convenience fee, guests are welcome to purchase tickets at our box office at the cinema. 

If you used a promotional code during the transaction, the amount used from the promotional code will not be refunded or exchanged. 

If you used a Rewards Ticket, the ticket will be reloaded to your Rewards Account. 

If you bought your tickets at the Box Office, Kiosks or Mobile APP, your refund will need to be done at the theater in person. 

 

REFUND VIA YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL 

  1. From your ‘reservation email’, at the bottom of the email you will see ‘refund now‘.
  2. The link will navigate you to a page to enter your information.
  3. Then click on ‘submit’.
  4. You should receive a confirmation page.     

In case you do not receive your ‘reservation email’, please contact us to track your reservation.
