What is changing in the Loyalty program?

We’re introducing new redemption options, a new Sign-Up gift, a refreshed birthday reward, and an improved structure to make it easier to enjoy benefits while earning points toward exciting rewards.

Will my current points be affected by the upgrade?

No, all your existing points will remain in your account, and you can use them under the new redemption structure.

Do I need to re-enroll in the program?

No, if you are already a member, you will automatically continue in the program with access to the new benefits. 

What do I do if my points balance or FREE ticket amount is not correct once I login into the new redemption structure?

Submit an inquiry by visiting our website, select the MORE drop-down tab, Select Contact us

Please ensure to provide your First and last name, email address and details of missing points/free tickets.

How do I earn points?

 You earn 200 points per movie ticket purchased and 10 points per $1 spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages.

What new rewards are available?

You can now redeem your points for the following:

·1,250 points: Free Bottomless Popcorn or Soda

·2,500 points: Free Ticket or Starter

·Birthday Reward: 1 Free Popcorn (Your free birthday popcorn will be automatically added to your account on the Sunday of or prior to your birthday and will be valid through the following Saturday. Be sure to visit during that time to enjoy your treat!)

· Sign-Up Reward: 1 Free Churro Donut (You’ll receive your free churro donut immediately after signing up—it’s available to use right away and will remain valid for 30 days from the date you join. Don’t wait too long to treat yourself!)

Can I select another free dessert when I sign up instead of a Churro Donut?

Not at the moment—the Churro Donut is our signature treat for new members! But trust us, it’s a fan favorite for a reason: warm, cinnamon-sugary goodness that’s hard to beat.

What if I am not able to go to the movies within the week time-frame of receiving my FREE POPCORN for my birthday?

Birthday popcorn rewards are only valid during the assigned week—from the Sunday of or before your birthday through the following Saturday. We recommend planning your birthday movie celebration in advance, so you don’t miss out on your tasty treat! Be sure to check our showtimes and special events to make your celebration extra special!

Can I still redeem my points for a free movie ticket?

Yes! A free movie ticket is still available for 2,500 points. Please note that some restrictions may apply. Select titles may be excluded from redemption for a limited time. These restrictions are subject to change, so we recommend checking availability at the time of booking.

Do my points expire?

No, your points do not expire as long as the program remains active. However, we reserve the right to adjust the program and will communicate any changes in advance.

Do my FREE tickets expire?

Yes—free tickets are valid for 6 months from the moment they’re redeemed. Be sure to use them before they expire and plan your next movie night while it’s still on us!

How does the sign-up gift work?

You’ll receive your free churro donut immediately after signing up—it’s available to use right away and will remain valid for 30 days from the date you join. Don’t wait too long to treat yourself! Dessert might change based on our program’s offerings.

How do I redeem my birthday reward?

Where can I check my points balance?

You can check your points and available rewards by logging in to your account on the website. Go to your account and then go to Membership. You can also ask a team member at any participating location.

What happens if I have issues redeeming my rewards?

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the member who earned them.
