Terms and Conditions - Insidious: Out of the Further & Resident Evil Cinepolis Rewards Promotion 

Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise stated herein, the General Terms and Conditions, above, will be the terms and conditions for the Insidious: Out of the Further & Resident Evil Cinepolis Rewards Promotion.  

Prize(s). Qualifying members will receive one (1) complimentary combo (Bottomless Popcorn + Bottomless Soda) credited to their Cinepolis Rewards account. To qualify, members (i) MUST be an active Cinepolis Rewards Loyalty member, (ii) AND must purchase tickets for Insidious: Out of the Further, AND (iii) must purchase tickets for Resident Evil. Both purchases must be made under the same Cinepolis Rewards account. No purchase necessary to enter: members may also qualify by posting a photo or video on Instagram or X (Twitter) tagging @CinepolisUSA and using the hashtag #CinepolisRewardsMembers during the promotion period. Social media accounts must be public at time of entry to qualify. Promotion period: August 21, 2026 – September 23, 2026. Tickets for Insidious: Out of the Further are available for purchase starting August 5, 2026; tickets for Resident Evil are available starting September 1, 2026. Insidious: Out of the Further opens August 20, 2026; Resident Evil opens September 17, 2026. Members must be logged in at time of purchase to qualify for the ticket purchase entry method. Qualifying combos will be credited to eligible accounts on September 24, 2026. The reward is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize. Available at participating Cinepolis locations only. If a member does not qualify or is disqualified for any reason, Cinepolis reserves the right to withhold the combo reward at Cinepolis' sole discretion. Program and offer are subject to change without notice. Some items may be unavailable, due to supply chain issues out of our control.

Eligibility and Limitations. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents and at least 18 years of age or older to claim ticket, unless a parent or guardian of any participant considered a minor is present. We reserve the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of any minor. Affiliates and Employees of Cinepolis and members immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win.  The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), or adoption. 

Winners. Combos will be automatically credited to qualifying Cinepolis Rewards accounts on September 24, 2025, provided all conditions above have been met. 

Release. By participating in the Promotion, each participant waives any and all claims of liability against Cinepolis, its employees and agents, the Promotion’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Promotion, or from the use of any prize. 

Taxes. The value of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided by Cinepolis, and the value of any prize awarded may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. 

Conduct and Decisions. By participating, you agree to be bound by the decisions of Cinepolis personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.  We reserve the right to interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Promotion and the Cinepolis’ decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Promotion is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Cinepolis, Cinepolis reserves the right to terminate this Promotion, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Cinepolis deems appropriate.  All decisions will be made by Cinepolis and are final. 

Miscellaneous. Void where prohibited. This promotion is valid while offer lasts.  Each winner must provide proof of eligibility and meet the above requirements to claim their prize.  

Compliance with State and Federal Law. The conduct of the Promotion is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Cinepolis shall follow the applicable laws for conducting promotions, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winners, running specific on-air disclaimers, providing specific written information about the Promotion, etc. as required by local and state law.
