Please consider the following:

• For all Cinépolis Rewards missing point inquiries, please submit receipts of purchase.
• If your request/inquiry is in regards to missing Rewards points and/ or difficulty accessing your Rewards account, please select "Corporate" in the Theater Location dropdown box below.
• Changes to your reservation can only be done directly at the theater box office.
• Ticket purchases are refundable up to 1 hour prior to showtime. Booking fees and service charges are nonrefundable.
• Showtimes are posted no later than Wednesday of each week. (based on availability and subject to change)
• Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.
