Once you have filled out the required portions of you profile, your account is considered active and you are eligible to start earning rewards. You are required to provide your name, birthdate, favorite theater, email address, and phone number. To earn points, you must present your account number or your phone number at the time of purchase. It's as simple as that!
Any time you want to take advantage of the benefits offered by the Cinépolis Rewards program, you may either provide phone number to a Cinépolis crew member during an in-theater transaction or log in on the website or app before buying tickets.
Unfortunately, Rewards Points are only earned for movie tickets purchased on our Cinépolis USA website, App or Kiosks when you are logged into your Loyalty account at the time of purchase. You can also earn points when you purchase tickets in person at the box office and provide your phone number associated with your Loyalty account.

For every $1 you spend on food and beverages, excluding alcohol, you will earn 10 points. For every ticket purchased online or through our app you will earn 200 points. There is a limit of 6 tickets per transaction for online purchases and only 1 ticket transaction per day (up to 6 tickets) will be eligible for earning points. Members cannot earn points on booking fees, taxes, tips, gift card purchases, and group events.
Earn points right away for all applicable food and beverage purchases at participating locations. Points for all ticket purchases (online and mobile app) will be added to your account immediately as well. In the case of a refund, all earned points will be deducted from the member’s account.

Cinépolis Rewards members will not have a card. You can access your virtual card with ease on the Cinépolis USA website or mobile app. Don't worry – if you're at the theater and you don't have your member number, the crew can look you up by phone number or email address.
Your Cinépolis Rewards membership is unlimited, so it's valid as long as your account stays active. After two years (24 consecutive months) of non-use, your account will be considered inactive and we may cancel the account.
You may cancel your membership by presenting your member account number at the box office or the guest services information desk at any Cinépolis USA location in the U.S. or by making a request through the Contact Us form on the Cinépolis USA website.
Cinépolis USA values your business and respects your privacy. Because of our commitment to your privacy, we do not sell or rent your information to other companies. We do share your information under certain circumstances, with third parties that provide services on our behalf.
If you would like to update your personal profile information such as your mailing address, phone number or email address, log in to your account on the Cinépolis USA website, click “Edit” on the Profile tab and save your changes there. Contact information and profile preferences cannot be changed on the Cinépolis app.
Remember you can always give your phone number and/or email address to the theater staff to earn points on eligible purchases and use your rewards in the theater. In the event you would like to find your account number it is located on your Member page on the Cinépolis USA app, or at the bottom of your receipt for in-theater food and beverage purchases.
